7 days refund/return service

If you need a refund/return, please submit it within 7 days after receiving the goods. If you submit it after the deadline, it will not be accepted.

Return standard
  • The color, model or size does not match the order
  • Defects and product quality issues
  • Certain special discounts or promotional activities must be returned as a whole. Part of the refund application will not be Will accept
Return Details
  • Please contact us to apply for a return, and explain the merchandise you want to return and the reason.
  • When we accept your return application, the customer service will make an appointment for you to hand over the goods you want to return.
  • If you deliver the goods in person, we will inspect the goods immediately. If the goods are confirmed to meet the return criteria, the payment will be refunded to you soon. If you need to return or exchange the product, we will re-order after confirming that the product meets the return criteria.
Return Details
  • The product is intact
  • All accessories of the product are intact
  • The product is not used
  • The product tag has not been cut
  • The condition of the product does not affect secondary sales
  • For hygiene reasons, all personal items such as socks, water bottles and swimwear products are not eligible for return
  • If we confirm that the product does not meet the above-mentioned return standards after experiencing the goods, we will return the product to you
  • If your order contains gifts, and the order does not meet the gift-giving consumption requirements after returning, you must return the gifts together. If you do not return the gift, we will deduct the retail value of the gift when refunding.
  • If your order fails to meet the original consumption requirements of the promotional code after applying for a return, the total value of the promotional code will be deducted from the refund. Once the order is returned or refunded, the relevant discount code cannot be used again.
Reasons for not being able to return goods
  • Does not meet the “return within 7 days” standard
  • Improper use of the product, including but not limited to contact with particularly damp materials, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, cooking oil, overheating, etc.
  • The product is disconnected or cracked due to scratches from external hard objects or internal wear.
  • The product has exceeded its useful life and is damaged
  • The product is damaged due to improper washing
  • The product has faded due to display reasons
  • The appearance of the product is not clean
  • Items not sold in the Quatre Sports Workshop online store

  • FREE delivery for orders above $2000, our delivery service cover most areas in Hong Kong. 
  • According to the customers needs, we will arrange 3 of the designated delivery couriers.

  • Face Trade Method, please contact our customer service specialist to arrange the delivery for purchasing 4 items or above products. Due to the long time involved in face to face procedure, we highly recommend to choose by post. 
Terms of Delivery

For the stocked items, we will deliver within 2-4 working days. Orders are delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, not including public holidays. Delivery courier will contact you via Signal, Whatsapp or SMS. If the delivery is overdue, another round of courier fees will have to be charged. Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver.
